NADSP Frontline Supervisor Train-the-Trainer

NDACP is pleased to offer the NADSP Frontline Supervisor Train-the-Trainer opportunity again!  This time, we are offering the training in Jamestown and will be offering two different sessions.  The first day will be the initial training for anyone who hasn’t previously attended.  This is the same training that was offered in Fargo and Bismarck in February.  The second day will be a “102” session and will be a more in-depth look into the curriculum.  The second day is for everyone who previously attended the initial training, whether in Bismarck, Fargo, or Day One in Jamestown.  There is no additional cost to attend the 102 training for anyone who has purchased the curriculum!

The training will be in Jamestown, ND at the Quality Inn & Suites on September 26 and 27, 2019.  The cost of the curriculum is based on a sliding fee scale determined by the number of Full Time Equivalent (FTE) DSPs and QSPs employed by your agency.  

1. 1-20 Direct Support Professionals $500.
2. 21-50 Direct Support Professionals $1000.
3. 51-100 Direct Support Professionals $1500.
4. 101-200 Direct Support Professionals $2000.
5. 200 and more Direct Support Professionals $2500.

NDACP is offering a scholarship to pay half of the curriculum price for all QSP agencies and licensed DD providers.  For example:  if you have 87 DSPs, your portion of the cost will be $750.  The cost of the curriculum is for the agency; therefore, you are able to send as many employees as you wish for that one cost.  There is not a separate charge for each person who attends.  To ensure that we have room for everyone, we will be limiting the number of attendees from each agency to five (5) until Monday, September 2, 2019.  At that time, we will open the registration for unlimited attendees from each agency, space permitting.  Please register early!  

Both training sessions will be from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.  Sign-in will be between 8:30 and 8:55 am each day.  Coffee and pastries in the morning, a catered lunch, and an afternoon snack are included.

The cost of the curriculum covers the initial training, the 102 training, any follow-up webinars, and access to the entire curriculum online. As stated, the agency only pays once.  For example:  You purchased the curriculum in February and sent 3 employees to the training in Bismarck.  You may now send different employees to the Jamestown Day One training; then have them and the initial 3 employees attend the second day 102 session for no additional cost for the curriculum.

Below is the information we need for registration:

1. Agency Name
2. Agency Contact Person’s Name and E-mail Address
3. Number of DSPs and QSPs Employed by Your Agency
4. Name and E-mail Address of Each Staff Member Attending
5. Session Each Staff Member is Attending (day one, day two, or both days)

Each participating organization will commit in writing (can be submitted via e-mail) and be invoiced separately by NDACP. Payment will be due after the sessions.
